Loved that you loved this movie. When you were wondering about the scene when Michael was watching Tommy calm the horse, it was Michael having new found level of respect for Tommy as more than just his kid cousin. In my opinion, what results of the ranch by the end is pretty sad, it's like hosting a party at your own house but not being allowed to enjoy any of it and obligated to host.
