Hello Patrons! We're just 12 hours away from the release of Unicorn Overlord for me, and as such our midnight release stream! We'll be doing the supporter sponsored Q&A prior to the release (stream to be scheduled shortly) so I hope you're looking forward to that!

I have two quick updates to provide.

First, I have it on good authority from someone with an early copy of Unicorn Overlord that, while we don't get custom names in the full release, every country and its recruits has its own list of names to choose from for generics. This is nice for the sake of variety, however it means that some of your characters MAY need to be renamed, depending on where they're recruited and what class they are. I can't really plan ahead for this since I don't have access to the game at the moment, so some of these adjustments will need to be made on the fly. We'll figure it out together, but I just wanted y'all to know!

Second, I'm retiring the 1 day early access to scripted content perk of the $10 and up patron tier. This is something I've been talking about for over a year, as it's become kinda unsustainable for me. As a perk, it's something I added back when I first made the Patreon and had NO IDEA what I was doing. Since then, it's a feature that barely anyone has made use of since the campaign's inception, so all its done has been interfering with my workflow and stressing me out. 😅 As always, if this is a change that you dislike, I completely understand if you wish to cancel your pledge. It's my goal to find something to replace this perk at some point in the future, but I have no concrete plans at the moment. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment here, or DM me.
