[News] Writing Process

Spicy here, and as you know, I've been doing a full rewrite of the story and turning it from a 15 Min Demo to a full 1 Hr+ worth of content for the base SFW visual novel (More for the Supporter's NSFW build)

All of this, of course, in my free time when I'm not doing my regular job.

We currently have 35 pages written. Full script is projected to be about 80-100 pages. Honestly I'm a bit of a writing perfectionist due to my line of work, so I'll fix a lot of stuff if it doesn't fit a new joke or premise.

After our 1st draft, I then go back over to add in jokes where they seem fit, then read aloud to see if the dialogue feels natural when spoken. I feel like that's important to it feeling genuine.

After that will be Editorial, then into the game engine for visual syncing.

After all of that, we're sitting down and creating storyboards soon for Blushy to work with and studying our favorite comedies to get a good visual comedy theme.

A lot of the work is adding plenty of dialogue choices and to be quite honest, it's pretty difficult keeping up with each choice. But. It's to make sure the game has good replayability.

Overall, we want this to feel fun, engaging, and like you're playing an episode of a sexy sitcom.

I'm definitely wanting the quality of writing to show when the first Public Demo is released. We'll keep you updated, of course.
