I tried to explain the concepts in a way that can be applied to all different types of hair that you may end up drawing. Hopefully by following along here you'll be able to apply these techniques effectively :)

I always recommend watching and drawing along with me during the demos, pause the video and try it out in real time. it helps a lot with retention!

That't typically the style that I tend to favor over rendering, however I still watch all the tutorials in the hopes to pick up things I can translate over to a different style. Would still be neat to see how you did a more anime/comic book style of colors and shading.
