Greetings Ed - Myself (50) and my two daughters (10 and 7) all ride unicycles and found your China series on YouTube. We got hooked! So I just purchased your USA series on Vimeo. The whole family "binge watched" your entire USA adventure last weekend. We all have enjoyed watching you grow as a person and as a videographer. Comparing your early videos to what you did in the USA series is ... well ... truly spectacular. You have a fine eye for the content you make and your addition of the drone footage really compliments everything. Well done Ed!

I'd certainly consider it. What would you like to know?

Ed Pratt

I'm glad you found the issue Arnaud :)

Hey Ed, thanks for your replies :) I tried access Vimeo as you asked and I actually can from where I am in Canada. I later found the problem : the web broweser. I'm using Brave on a daily basis, and that's where I had the problem, but then I tried with Firefox and it worked.

Would you do a Q&A video for your patreons?

Hello Allan, what a nice comment. I could not have put it better. Also, I'm totally excited about Ed and his unicycling tour. I'm already over 50 years old and drive unicycle myself and have such a big unicycle as Ed. Only my tracks, which I put back with my unicycle, at about 20km to end. That's why I'm so excited when I see the videos. I am very pleased to have such a buddy on this Patreon site. Greetings and of course greetings to you, Ed

Hello Ed! I do not know how many fans you have here in Kentucky, USA, but I am guessing I am your no.1 Kentucky fan; if not no.1, then, very near no. 1. Last year, I got back into bike riding after being off my bike for years; man, how I have missed it. I am still working full time and for now, my rides are around home here. I will turn 60 years old in February and when I retire in a couple of years, I plan to ride a LOT and cannot wait to do so. I am slowly rebuilding my endurance and am very pleased with my progress. While I have always intended to get back into bike riding, I have YOU to thank for spurring me on to get back on my bike NOW! I wish all young folks your age would do what you are doing: getting out and learning something about our beautiful planet, it’s geography, animals, and people; not to mention learning something about themselves. We would have a much happier world society if young people would follow your example. Like everyone, I enjoy just listening to your British brogue and seeing the places you go and the people you meet; just wonderful! We may never meet face to face, but I would be honored if I should ever be so lucky. I enjoy a couple of other biking blogs, but yours is by far the most inspiring for people of all ages. That is why I have chosen to help you, at least a little, here through Patreon. I plan to watch your USA videos on Utube; that way, I have something to look forward to for weeks to come. I ask that you and your girl friend be safe in your travels. Be adventuresome, but use good judgement and not take unnecessary risks. Like so many, I hope to enjoy your adventures for a long time to come. Thanks, Allan R. Leach; Casey County, Ky.

Hello Ed, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming videos. I've never been to America and will probably never be able to get there. So you take me on your journey, so to speak. I'm very excited. Greetings Dagmar

If you can't access Vimeo, my suggestion would be to download a VPN. Windscribe is a free one I use. 2gb for free. Will be more than enough to watch the entire series. Let me know how it goes

Ed Pratt

Hmm, I don't know Arnaud. Even though it's displayed here on Patreon the video is hosted on Vimeo. Maybe open a second tab and just check you can access Vimeo from where you are - I've had problems with this before.

Ed Pratt

Hey, congrats for finishing the cut :) I'm sure I will enjoy it. However I can't see the first episode here (there's an error message concerning privacy settings). Have I missed any instruction? ^^'

Arnaud L

finally... duuude i'm so hyped! :)

easypeasy

Hey Ed, can't wait to watch all of these! Happy riding - Kelli in Australia (fellow unicyclist).

Kayjay

I think you just select the tv looking icon within the video interface. Just sent you an email outlining this with a photo. I hope that helps :)

Ed Pratt

How can I cast this to a Google cast?

Michal Dabski

A great start to what is going to be a brilliant series I'm sure! Hope you're well Ed !

Usually the high voltage stuff is at the very top while telephone, data lines, and cable television are closer to the ground. What that guy was lifting was a bundles cable of phone lines. Telephone lines are thickly insulated but they’re still electrical signals and shouldn’t be messed with.

Theneal77

I probably don’t have to say this but, as someone who works for a utility company I’d like to point out that lifting up overhead utility lines from the top of a vehicle is very dangerous.
