My Focus 26 goal remains on my Patreon, but I don't think it's reflective of where I want to go as an artist. I still want to attempt drawing the comic in an easier and faster style, but I've been busier in school as I get closer to graduation, and busier with an increasing number of patrons. What I'd really like to do is take the world and ideas from the comic and apply them to something in 3d or a game setting, like I've played with before but couldn't commit to because of a lack of program knowledge.
If I reach that goal in the near future (which is a livable wage) before deciding on a new idea, I will still commit to the comic regardless. I don't want to leave the story or characters unfinished, because I enjoy them and want to share them with you all. But if I find a new medium to tell that story in before the goal is reached, or if I decide on an entirely new story to tell outside of comics, I'll be sure to let everyone know and get some opinions on whether it will be a good change or not.
