some small merch things - I'm going to try to get a set of howling coyote string lights in time for the holidays! they will be a single color, set of 30 yotes on a 10 ft string. I was really hoping I might be able to get this before MFF, but it looks like it would be ready the week we'd be leaving, and we've been waitlisted, so who knows (it's likely because I requested two tables and fingers crossed we get bumped up now that I downgraded).
a few previous plush I posted here aren't going to make it - the coyotic cafe kickstarter didn't raise enough for any of them, which has shaken my confidence in the others (reversible psychedelic and small psychedelic yote), so I haven't gone through with any of them. I decided that a small RayJ would be a safe choice, and although the small ones don't have a great profit margin, I already put out two larger/more expensive products (coyote coffee plush and fool figure). I think she needs to be taller though.
lastly, I made a doodle page of "coyotic zodiacs" for fun, I considered sculpting and printing them myself but I imagine they'd also be a flop so I haven't done anything more with them. I'm still trying to find a "sweet spot" of something with value to me that is also marketable. foxfox was definitely marketable but when I made it into a bread theme (something I wanted personally) it wasn't marketable at all, so I'm not sure what to do.
other than that I've been working through the queue and starshifter. fall prey and focus 26 have gotten such little attention that I've decided neither of them are worth working on, I cannot make so much content for so little income like I used to. but, emaho seems to line up with what I want to do and what the audience wants to see, so I've been brainstorming plot points for a visual novel extension for it. I'm trying to take it easier and not have so much busywork so I can spend more time on my mental health and things that I enjoy. thank you for your support as always!
