A Brief History of Rage Against the Machine (The Beat Goes On)

I wish I released more videos on this channel! This one was truly fun to make. If you have any band suggestions for future videos, I am all ears. I am planning on Simon and Garfunkel next and possibly Dolly Parton after that.

No Mr. Beat video this week, but I am planning a livestream with Atun-Shei tonight, so be on the look out for that.

In another update, I plan on having a private Zoom meeting with all my Patreon supporters to celebrate 400k subscribers this weekend, probably on Saturday since Sunday is Halloween. I will share the link on here some time tomorrow.

Thank you for your continued support!

Both sound good, Simon and Garfunkel and Dolly Parton. I'll be curious on your take. I've added Rage Against the Machine to my YT Watchlist. I don't remember them so it should be interesting!

Understandable and thank you so much! You have been so supportive for so long and I am eternally grateful. And folks like you are why I will continue to make Supreme Court Briefs. :)

Mr. Beat

Congrats on the 400k! I probably won't make the stream because of life responsibilities but I'm super proud of how far you have come! Well deserved. Supreme Court briefs is still my favorite :)

Matt Standish

So many great Finnish bands that I need to check out!

Mr. Beat

I agree about the unique chemistry of the band. Something about the four of them together has always been magic. No disrespect to Chris Cornell, but that magic just wasn't the same with Audioslave.

Mr. Beat

Yes, I also have added that to my list!

Mr. Beat

Roger Miller would also be cool to do on

Devin Canada

Night Wish would be cool to do

Neat video! I love Rage! They have a unique sound and everyone in that band is musically gift. Zach De La Rocha is a tremendous front man. He’s top 10 in my book. He has great flow and he really knows how to deliver a lyric. Tom Morello guitar compliments De La Rocha’s voice well with his explosive and exciting notes and effects he plays. Commerford bass provides a nice bounce and Wilk’s drumming adds to De La Rocha’s booming voice.

Like I said before, please make a brief history of Led Zeppelin. Also, I can't wait for the stream.

Jakob Birnbaum

I'm so happy to introduce them to you. 😁

Mr. Beat

Surprisingly enough, I hadn’t heard about the band up to this point. I should really listen to some of their songs. Thanks for recommending!
