How about an overview of Queensland? Labor is on the decline and yet nobody I meet can even name the opposition leader (most can't gender them). LnP (which I thought was a drink) are actively not campaigning and hoping to get elected on the "not Labor" ticket. Sure the Brisbane Olympics was a terrible idea that has been deeply unpopular. Sure the rumours of renaming Brisbane and actually renaming Fraser Island have been deeply divisive. Sure the "youth crime" problem is so out of control that everyone has a friend with a recent crime story. But (this is a hell of a but), does nobody remember "can't do Campbell" who almost singlehandedly ended the state? And most of his strongest supporters are still in the party.
