¿Por qué bajas el precio?

Es posible que, tras cinco años en Patreon con precios de 1 a 8€ mensuales y luego bajarlo a 2.5, me diese cuenta de que en mi caso, no vale la pena cobraros tanto, ni redondear por mucho que me quiten tanto de cada tier. Las tasas se llevan un pellizco bastante grande y no quiero obsesionarme con las cifras.

Es muy difícil captar gente nueva cuando lo que hago es LO QUE YO QUIERO. Pero recordad que tenemos recompensas mensuales y sugerencias. Escucharé qué es lo que tenéis muchas ganas de ver. Mientras tanto, seguiré con mi 3D, los portfolios, el cómic, etc.

Por un nivel de 2 €, Patreon se queda con el 5 % de la aportación más 0,15 €. Esto significa que, por una aportación de 2 €, Patreon se queda con 0,15 € + 0,10 € = 0,25 €.

Why are you lowering the price?

After five years on Patreon with prices ranging from €1 to €8 per month and then lowering it to €2.50, I realized that in my case, it's not worth charging you so much, nor rounding up, even though they take so much from each tier.

The fees take a pretty big chunk out of it, and I don't want to obsess over the numbers. It's very difficult to attract new people when what I do is WHAT I WANT TO DO. But remember that we have monthly rewards and suggestions. I'll listen to what you really want to see.

In the meantime, I'll continue with my 3D, portfolios, comics, etc. Welcome!

PS: Info for those who are curious.

For a €2 level, Patreon takes 5% of the contribution plus €0.15. This means that for a contribution of €2, Patreon keeps €0.15 + €0.10 = €0.25. So, you're paying me €1.75 and €0.25 to Patreon!
