Timeline 3.0.5, animation presets and Discord roles

- Import/export improvements: Import from file shortcut in add animation screen, avoid conflicts when importing animations, do not export transition clips, only allow one auto play per layer on import
- Default float param curve type to flat to avoid overshooting
- Allow snap values smaller than 0.1
You can also try the sample presets, tell me what you think! You can use it by going in the Timeline UI on a person atom, in More, Import/export, Import and find the AcidBubbles.Animations_Presets for ready-to-use breathing and blinking presets! Do you think this could be useful? Should I do more of these? If this works, we could have tons of community created animations (and mocap) that you can apply easily to your scenes.
