If you really pay attention to the characters you can start to see some of their quirks correlate with their personalities in this world. For example Urarakas quirk is zero gravity and her personality is very light and uplifting. Bakugos quirk is explosion, and he tends to be short-tempered with a short fuse and can be overreactive to mostly everything just like an explosion. It's not necessarily factual that a quirk will dictate your personality but the factors of your work do end up influencing your personality over time and it's something that can be seen in the my hero universe a lot. The state of the society in this superhuman world and the pressures and effects it has on the people around it is a huge part of the story so keep that in mind!
