2022-06-28 17:27:08 +0000 UTCI mean in as much as it's an "occult ritual" that's because it's derived from Masonic ceremonies filtered through Sicilian/Catholic folk mysticism. We spoke at length about this in the first two Books of War and even discussed the concept of "occult resistance" to foreign occupation. I'm not sure what else there is to discuss about it to be honest. We'd run the risk of taking it more seriously than real mafiosi, who, 'ndrangheta members aside, certainly don't take it as seriously as they claim they do.

Also theres an occultist vlog I watch, who said crime families in Italy have all been using magic for generations... Im not an occultist and wouldnt want to be by the way... but that is an aspect of criminal gangs thats not discussed often or even entertained by most people... Anyway episodes a gt listen.
