It's not explained in that sense because technically there is nothing TO explain. It's basically a different translation of the same thing. Conqueror's Haki is known as "Haō-shoku no Haki" for example. The literal translation would be "Supreme Ruler-type Haki". It's a difference in localisation. A few other terms have, over time, gone back and forth in the subtitles because those in charge decide whether to use the previously established subtitles from the Anime or to go with the terms used in the Manga localisation. Sometimes these changes end up being permanent, others switch between the two.

2023-09-16 09:33:51 +0000 UTCSome people in One Piece call the types of Haki "colors." So "Color of Arms" = Armament Haki, "Color of Observation" = Observation Haki, and "Color of the Supreme King" = Conqueror's Haki.
