its fine its not that important, the girls go swimming and kirito tells kikuoka everything that happend in sao and alo. its 1h 40min and is called sao extra edition. but in the last 20min the entire squad does a pretty neat quest in alo, its an underwater temple with a kraken season 2 episode 14,5 is one aswel but its only 20min recap season 3 has one well i think its episode 24,5 or 18,5 or something but you dont need to watch them, it makes sense if you watch them on release to recap or if its on television
