Heads Up

Hello there

Very quick emergency post today, quite literally, to give you the heads up on the rest of the week/next week.

Long story short, a very close friend of mine has been taken very poorly this week, and had pretty extreme emergency surgery yesterday. The last 24 hours has been the absolute worst of my life (and I presume, more far more importantly, of theirs too) - just horrific all round, and so I'm very much out of sync (as well as shellshocked and emotionally exhausted).

So, we normally record Reboot on a Friday morning, but that's not going to happen. Definitely not feeling up to recording anything, certainly not up to trying to be funny, and editing is off the table. I just about managed to finish off the Loopholes edit for the other day, as this all happened as I was nearly done on it. So all three podcasts (Cabin Fever, Reboot & Loopholes) won't be appearing over the next seven days. Extreme, I know, but it's an extreme situation.

What I am proposing, is to do written/art posts for the next few days, just till I know what's what and where I need to be and all that. I will do posts, just day by day rather than getting stuff scheduled ahead. I did suggest to Jon that he could do posts for me as a practise for his forthcoming (fictional) Patreon, but I don't think he thought I was being serious. I mean, I was.

Don't forget there's a ton of stuff in the back catalogue on this Patreon, that I refuse to believe has all been seen/read/listened to/watched, so it might be a good time to delve into that whilst I'm being sparse.

Apologies if this is annoying or whatever, but needs must for sure.
