Okay, apologies in advance, but the next episode has ballooned and is gonna be late
Added 2021-11-12 11:03:56 +0000 UTCI decided it kind of needs to be a monster, because there's quite a lot to get through. It won't be a ridiculous length, but it will definitely blow past the hour mark. Nixon, OPEC, Bohemian Grove, America in the doldrums, etc. It's also hopefully gonna be a fun experiment in talking about Watergate without actually discussing it, kind of similar to when we did JFK. Trying to find a balance between a good, historical account of the period that also has enough flex to get some of the mind melting stuff in there, while setting up a few threads we'll be exploring at length in another series I'm planning for early 2021.
The upshot is once this one is out of the way, the rest of Season of the Witch should be nice and smooth. Also, I'm hopeful I can get one more big guest on before we end our time in the America of the 1970s, but we're still working out the details. Watch this space, won't be much longer now.

If longer wait equals better episodes I'm all for it. Don't push yourself too hard with weekly episodes etc. To do these subjects justice research and time is needed
