Citizens - Wisdom Teeth Removal Blog

Puffy face! My face is still super swollen. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out early Monday morning. The procedure was quick. I was sedated with an IV. Literally  they put the needle in my arm and it felt like a blink of an eye to me and they were done. It took them a little over an hour in real time. I actually asked why they were walking me down the hall and why they didn’t start the procedure. So the process was easy. The recovery hasn’t been horrible but if they give you the option for stronger pain meds, always go for the stronger pain meds. I stupidly thought the pain was going to be easy to cope with and went with the weaker meds. I guess I was still under the numbing effects of the procedure and didn’t think it would be bad. Fast forward a few hours later, wow I was cursing myself. I’m on day 4 and on a liquid only diet, which sucks! I never realized how much I really eat in a day and to reduce it to all liquid is just horrible. Protein shakes, apples sauce, yogurt and soup. Luckily the pain has almost completely gone now. Just feels like a bruised jaw. I hope to move up to eating eggs today.

Anyways, I’ve had a lot of time to think of anything and everything. I finally buckled down and watched a lot of shows, including finishing up Vikings. I got into Bridgeton after a friend recommended it to me after a massage session, which he was right about it totally queer baiting the LGBTQ community. It totally had me thinking there was going to be a gay storyline. I mean damn, they showed so much hetero sex and just one blink and you’ll miss it gay scene. If they don’t change that for season 2, I’ll not watch if there is a season 3.

WandaVision was incredible! It had me thinking of making a genderbent version of the Scarlet Witch but instead deciding to do something more unique. I had a friend get one of his costume printing designer buddies to make up a costume print of a Scarlet Wiccan costume. The idea is that Scarlet Witch’s son, Wiccan, is taking his mother’s costume and making it more like his own. I’m loving this idea. The basis comes from the artist: Luciano Vecchio’s art concept above.
