I think this much of sloppiness would suffice for this scene since it will get even messier later in the project.
For me there seems to be something odd withe this scene. I think it is the balls. Maybe it should be somewhat bigger. What do you think guys?

Yes bigger. With a cock that big, the balls seem disproportionately small.
