Fated Mate update (again... sorry) Plus new version

I managed to find out why the Fated Mate would get applied to pets, since the whole feature requires your sim to flirt, there was never a need from EA to make a test, because as you know, you can't flirt with your pets.
So when I made it trigger on other interactions than flirting, I opened up a can of worms. The test that was put in place yesterday works and I haven't had any reports of anything else weird happening. But just in case, I have added some additional tests to make sure it doesn't apply itself where it shouldn't. So you'll need to update it again, sorry. This should hopefully be the last update for a while.

Per request I have added a 5th version (this will be the last, as it is a pain in the neck to keep multiplier version maintained)
It does the same as FatedMateBeAny, except the interactions has been kept to default. Meaning only flirting will trigger it.
