Looking back first half year for Complex150, and 2019!

I had a dinner with Itchika last night. That was just a year-closing dinner as a friend basically (Sorry only foodie pics, I totally forgot I needed to take Itchika's photo before she got drunken😅) but our biggest topic in this year is Cosplay activity so what we talked about was mostly our Patreon!

We've almost forgot this but just reminded we fully focused to Japanese domestic activity at the end of last year and didn't imagine we came to Patreon. Just surprised to see how far we come. I thought having an activity that target to overseas was allowed only to the most popular cosplayers, but fact was not.

We could be blessed with many people who willingly support our project, so greatful to each of you for the tremendous support! Another surprise was Itchika could have many amazing cosplayer friends around the world. Many reached out to her when they come to Japan to have a collab. We already had a shoot with Nyaomaruu-san, but even another 3 collab shoots have been confirmed already. We hugely got depressed when we had to give up all IRL activities in Japan, but we think it led us to the right place to reach out to right person in the end.

Of course having activities that targeted to international scene is not always easy for us.
But all troubles we are facing just motivate us to grow ourselves more. Itchika thinks she needs to improve her English so that she can interact with her fans and cosplayer friends without my support. My target for next year is optimizing my work flow and content pipeline so that we can offer more rewards, more timely manner.

However, our biggest topic is reconstructing our reward.
We set all reward line-ups that we are currently offering (and you are receiving) before we launched Patreon without knowing what Patrons in overseas would like to have. We've received requests and suggestions from some Patrons for another rewards that we haven't offered yet. Our time and resource may not enough to fulfill everything, but looks there's a huge room to satisfy as much as possible if we adjust everything again.

We decided to set a survey to look into what you are looking forward to us and what would like to receive. That survey will be some intense one so we'll offer small exclusive photosets to everyone who gives own feedback to us. We'll soon start working on inquiries we'll ask and hopefully finish before December ends.

As we told you many times and everywhere, we welcome your opinion.
It helps us to offer what you really want to receive, to grow our Patreon more and to enjoy ourselves. We really wish we can hear your voice through the survey.
