'Japanese Gravure Aesthetic' is a reward photoset for January 2020, but you can still snatch this set along with all photosets for the current month by joining to Time Machine Tier.
==========================
Carrying Japanese artistry is our theme for January 2020 as we said. So our mini photoset also has a Japanese vibe, it's a 'Gravure'.
Needless to say, Gravure is a unique representation that came up from Japanese commercial pin-up photography. The form of Gravure is too diverse to explain in a word. But we understand it portrays female figure not just with a light but also with a shadow. However, that is something I haven’t been doing yet because female cosplay photography that we've been doing often goes bright not to cast a shadow (especially on the subject’s face) as much as possible. So Kuma took a lesson from a professional gravure photographer to learn gravure lightings.
We think you can easily find the difference of imagery that we tried only from two previews above. But aside with the difference of imagery, you can also find Itchika didn't wear not just wig or cosmetic lenses, but even didn't wear thick makeover, unlike our other cosplay photosets. What do you think of her appearance on this set? We really love this! Kuma thinks She could finally portray the intact self of Itchika as much as possible. This set was the biggest challenge for us two. We do hope you'll also like this photoset too.
