Sorry we couldn't deliver January reward yet while we announced we would deliver to you on Jan 10. She didn't recover from her flu until the beginning of this month and this affected her schedule to manage rewards.
She told she can complete everything within 24 hours and now working hard not to postpone anymore.
Apologize for our over-optimistic schedule prediction, but please kindly allow us to take additional 24 hours.
