[URGENT] some of our materials flagged by Patreon Trust & Safty team

Hi everyone,

Patreon Trust & Safety team just reached out to us and informed some of our Materials on our Patreon member posts and Dropbox links don't meet their community guidelines.

Patreon is our first attempt to distribute our creation to overseas people so we are still not sure the boundary which materials and representations are regarded as pornographic because Japanese domestic standard looks rather different from international.

Some of pics in your Personalized Dropbox link may be removed within 24 hours.

We made following changes to ask Patreon Trust & Safety team to review us again.

• Removed all images that contain material(s) Patreon may regard as problematic, and replaced to safe images.
• Removed some inquires that Patreon may regarded as problematic.
• Removed all Dropbox links for November 2019 reward.
• Removed following images from Dropbox links for December 2019 and January 2020 rewards.

We will submit the images above and ask them if those images harm Patreon's guidlines or not.

We will post them again if Patreon agree us to offer to you. If not, we will arrange another  pics that will not harm their guidelines as replacements, or maybe will leave them and  offer an another new set that will not harm their guidelines as a compensation to you.

Patreon confirmed we can go with current setup and pulled off warning banner from our site (Huge warning comes up once they flag creator's page). Looks we can think we could escape from critical situation.

However, we haven't heard which of our reward photoset pic(s) harmed their guidelines among the images we removed from Dropbox so will ask them to see if there are any pics that they are cool with us to offer to you again. It will take some more time to confirm how we will manage affected 3 sets (Mashu, Gravure, and Fox's wedding).

We received feedback from Patreon for our inquiry to suggest which of reward pics harmed their guidelines.

They didn't point out exact image(s) that they thought as problematic and only said "Pictures that had spreading of the genital area or zooming in the genital area are not allowed on our platform" so we had to precisely compare the images and videos we temporally removed to the images that we could remain and Patreon confirmed as a safe content.

After Careful consideration, we decided to manage as following:

• We permanently remove reward videos of 'Mashu from Fate/GO' and 'Fox's Wedding' for Red-Beryl Tier because we don't have any outtakes that we can make safe replacements.
• We permanently remove reward pictures that closeup or spread genitals from 'Mashu from Fate/GO', 'Fox's Wedding' and 'Japanese Gravure Aesthetic' set, but will make replacements for them so that we can offer the amount of pics we promised.

We already made replacements for Mashu photoset and put to your Personalized Dropbox link so you can see 45 images appear again.

However, please give us some time to manage replacement pics for 'Fox's Wedding' and 'Japanese Gravure Aesthetic' because we have to prioritize reward for February. We'll soon arrange replacements for those two sets once we complete February reward (Luckily we can proceed them ahead of time unlike past months).

Sincerely apologize for all the trouble for this time. This was the bitter experience for us but also was a great learning to manage our Patreon safely so we'll do our best not to happen this kind of trouble anymore.
