Huge glitch on Patreon's messaging feature
Patreon made a huge change for the messaging feature just several days before. Looks like they wanted to improve messaging (but actually we don't know because they basically don't make any pre/post announcement when they make any changes), but the change marked all read messages before the mid November 2020 unread!!!
There's no feature that we can remove all unread flags at once. That said we have to click all past messages we made ever since we launched Patreon manually one by one to reset unread counts on the message icon so that we can see how many new unread messages we actually have😩
We are not sure how long time it will take, but quite sure there are over 1000 messages)...
We'll carefully check if any new messages come up during this daunting process. But it would be much helpful if you could reach out to us with a comment for this post instead of PM for a while so that we can head up easily.
You can just say 'Check my PM' If you have any matters that you don't want to talk publicly, but your help is appreciated not to miss out anything!
