[FAQ] HOW TO CONNECT YOUR ADDRESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT - 1
Added 2021-01-15 16:21:41 +0000 UTCWe don't have a regular physical reward. But sometimes we offer postcards that we need to have your address to send out as a seasonal promo or for showing our gratitude to Patrons who took our member survey.
We wouldn't want to manage your address through Patreon PM because it's very important private information that always has to be handled very carefully. So please find the steps below to connect your mailing information to your Patreon account so that we can handle securely.
1. Move to 'My profile settings' page from your avatar icon that appears top right
2. FIll your mailing information in 'Shipping Address' section and submit by clicking 'Add adress' button
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO CHECK COMPLEX150 AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SECTION. Your mailing information won't become visible to us if you don't check complex150 as a creator that can access your shipping address!
