Reward delivery schedule and what happened to us (from Kuma)

Hi everyone, thanks for having supported us in March, and welcome to all new Patrons in April!

Sincerely apologize for the huge delay in reward delivery and no update so such a long time. We do know you have a lot of things you'd want to ask us and we do know we have to explain too. Let us start with the issue that you'd want to know the most - the reward delivery schedule.

Reward Delivery Schedule for April 2022

Reward delivery of regular photosets will take place from Thursday night to Friday night this week in Asia Time (from Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon in Europe, from morning to Friday morning in the Americas).

TCS set may delay one or two days, but it won't be later than Sunday.

Reward Delivery Schedule for May 2022, and the coming few months

We tried to get back our regular content delivery time frame at the beginning of this year. However, our content pipeline totally got ruined because of the struggle Kuma faced this month.

We know many content creators on Patreon deliver their reward at the end of each month (even sometimes at the very beginning of the next month, after the Patrons who are eligible for receiving the reward get confirmed) and some of our Patrons tell us we can take their practice. But we'd want to make our reward ready as soon as possible because we still believe everyone would want to receive their promised reward soon after they made their own pledge.

However, we also have to admit it's rather difficult for us to get back to recover our content delivery time frame soon. So please let us have some period for getting back.

Our reward delivery will be from mid to the end of each month for a while. 

What happened to Complex150 (Kuma's private)

Do you guys remember I had a grandmother who needed medical support?

She could keep her helth since she moved to a nursing home last autumn. However, she became critically and passed away at the beginning of this month, all of sudden.

Looking back, I should've asked Itchika to inform you the content delivery would delay. However I was totally exhausted from arranging her funeral and even her cemetery, and moreover, I was too depressed from my loss to think about the 'ecchi' thing here.

You may never blame me once you hear this background, but I deeply regretted my unprofessional behavior while I'm running this project with Itchika and you.
* I feel sorry for Itchika too. Because I didn't respond to any texts she sent, nor call back to her. It left her totally helpless for almost two weeks.

I can't say I've overcome my loss, it will take a long time. But anyway came back here to apologize and to do what I have to do.

I know I have to show my apology with attitude, rather than words. I will do my best to deliver the April reward with the deadline I promised above, and to retrieve our ideal content making/delivery schedule until July or August, with the support from Itchika.
