We guess 99.9% of you guys wouldn't have any idea about 風紀委員, but we're quite sure you know 風紀委員長, a character drawn by a popular artist POPQN!

It's quite difficult to translate 風紀委員 to English in a word, but it would be 'A member of the student government in charge of supervising if other students comply with the school rule' if we dare explain the title and its role.

風紀委員 has often been depicted as an inflexible and irritable person in many fictional representations and POPQN's 風紀委員長 looks in line with this depiction. But the biggest difference and what makes her outstanding is she is always nearly naked. Says it's to demonstrate the 'limit'.

We were not a crafty team when we started our cosplay project, but now getting familiar with costume/prop making through the experiences for past photosets. And we tried rubber printing for making eyepatch-bikini that has an iconic 「風紀」 letter on it.

POPQN's 風紀委員長 is obviously sexy but has more another charms that any other 風紀委員 in other manga/game don't have. Hope you think we could portray its intact with our cosplay as is, as much as possible!
