We were almost offline from the end of the last month for new year leave. But came back with fully charged!
Reward Delivery Schedule
We believe we can deliver the January reward photosets earlier than last month as Kuma could start working on edits during her new year leave (Luckily she was free from the domestic choir unlike last year). Our target is to finish everything by the end of next week.
We don’t even wanna think about it, but will tell you timely manner unlike last month if anything may cause a delay.
2022 Q1 member survey skipped
Since January 2020, we've held an intense member survey every 6 months to reflect your voices to our Patreon and photosets.
We've offered some rewards such as a small exclusive photoset or postcard to everyone who took the surveys (and even hoped to receive), so you might look forward to 2022 Q1 survey. However we decided to skip the survey for this time.
The biggest reason is our current workload doesn't allow us to arrange the survey and reward for it because our current priority is getting back to our regular reward delivery schedule as soon as possible. But another reason is several Patrons who've supported us a long time told us they were getting sick of answering the same questions every 6 months.
From our standpoint, asking the same questions and examining the feedbacks is the biggest hint to see the changes of what our Patrons expect from us. But it's really understandable everyone gets bored answering the same questions.
We will carefully consider if we change to questions or stick to the same questions, or even fully cancel this regular survey until next July, the month for Q3 survey. But would like to hear your opinion about our survey!
