Be honest to your fans about it -- they understand you're human and have limits. Better to downgrade and change the milestone than to throw it all away because you can't handle what you promised. Also: You don't get the money in hand until next month, so plan and prepare now to deliver then. And if the funds don't clear and you don't get the milestone goal, don't feel obligated to deliver. Also sleep and eat well, because those are your fuel for your human automobile, see your doctor once a year for a checkup, and don't taunt bears or sharks. They have zero sense of humor.
