YES - I am using Curly from the Three Stooges as reference, it feels appropriate. Funny thing! The entire thing still felt off until I thickened up the neck.
He still has a little ways to go before he's done - I don't think I'll be totally satisfied until it's a steady animation all the way through!
For now, I'm going to step away from this one and give it some distance. In the meantime, I'm going to get Lyra started.

Considering he's part orc, a thick neck does make a world of sense. It's looking good. And I especially appreciate he's got more of a "puppy fat" face over the weird angled "half chiseled - half tubby" look that kinda felt odd because it wasn't quite there, yet. I'm babbling. He's looking more solid. That's all I'm trying to say.
