Penne Arrabbiata - New Custom Recipe

This food item REQURES the latest version of my own food enabler object.
Arrabbiata sauce (sugo all'arrabbiata in Italian), is a slightly spicy pasta sauce made with garlic, tomatoes, and chili peppers cooked in olive oil. The sauce comes from the Lazio region, around Rome, and is quite popular there. Here it comes with penne pasta.
Notes:
- It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free.
- Optional SCCO any pasta, icemunmun green chili, kingzace oregano, and EA basil, any veggie, and tomato ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
