I love this page. My husband came up behind me, read the horse scream, and proceeded to laugh like scooby-doo. Also, you're artwork is absolutely gorgeous! Go Orrig!

That poor horse, haha XD I gotta admit, I appreciate the lettering for the horse's sound effect - I've got a series of panels in a comic pitch wherein a horse screams as a monster mermaid appears out of a pond, and I've had the hardest time trying to figure out an onomatopoeia for "horse scream". I might borrow some inspiration from this, if that's alright!

2021-03-02 17:51:47 +0000 UTCI don't think <i>Thistle</i> will be looking at Orrig the same way again. If I didn't know better I'd swear she was getting a little crush on the dad bod! (I know, I know - she's just impressed. Me Too!) But carrying a horse! Which is carrying a full load of it's own? Something happening there! Orcs are obviously stronger than they look. (Like, by a factor of 10!) Still, Orrig may be an inch shorter when he puts it down! Come to think - I guess they have a horse in the first place just so Orrig doesn't have to carry everything...probably thinks its undignified...
