Vegetarian Paella - New Custom Recipe

Paella is a Spanish rice dish (originating specifically from Valencia) made by simmering round grain rice in a broth with vegetables and beans and well as in most cases meat or seafood. This version of the dish is made with just the beans to allow it to be vegetarian.
Notes:
- It has all three sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional EA lemon, onion and tomato, and BrazenLotus yellow bell pepper (recipe can still be cooked without)
