A store for all your occult needs: tarot, crystals, wands, books of forbidden lore, etc.
And, when you're done you're shopping, head up stairs to the balcony Tea Room, and maybe have your fortune told.
You Badasses and Legends also get a version of the store that's in a retail mall, selling clothes.
The mall version of the store is clearly modern - it even has an elevator to the balcony level - but the occult store is more adaptable in terms of era.
Variations include one with a revealed trapdoor, one with some kind of ritual going on, and one with some 'High Strangeness' (including a toilet horror). There's 'Abandoned' (or post-apocalypse) versions of both stores, and 'Empty' versions for those who like to design their own retail layouts.
