Good Day, Patrons,
After a scary fried power-supply incident, which slowed me down, my computer is alive again.
Here's my take on a bank, in both contemporary and old-timey versions.
If you look closely you might notice a slight connection between the vintage and modern maps. That's no coincidence. I based the map on architectural drawings of an actual bank that was renovated. So, in the modern version there are two vaults, as they kept the smaller, original vault.
As for variations, there's "Hole", which might better be called Tunnel, as I envisioned it as the result of some sneaky digging.
I also made a "MacGuffin" version for both modern and vintage maps. There's something in the vault. It's covered by a tarp. What could it be?
"Incident" was suggested by my partner, Debbie. It's kind of like the "Juggernaut" variation of my High School map: somebody or something is, or was, causing a ruckus, knocking things about.
I decided to make a "Apocalypse" and a "Abandoned" variation for the modern map. Abandoned is much emptier, the furnishings removed, while Apocalypse looks more like something terrible happened, very abruptly!
