Indian Burial Ground Trailer Park isn't the worst place to settle down and raise your pet racoon. That pack of wild dogs hasn't been seen in days! On warm Spring days, if the wind is blowing east, you can't even smell the diesel exhaust from the highway.
And after it was Abandoned that weird, old hermit who refused to leave was almost for sure not responsible for that nasty green meth that made all those kids go crazy.
Of course, when things really went Apocalyptic, and those bikers moved in, you didn't want to go there uninvited, especially on a Foggy night.
This one's got Interior and Exterior versions of every variation.
