Map Pack #8: Rooftop

Here's my 8th attempt at a map useful for a lot of non-fantasy roleplaying games. I myself recently gave "Call of Cthulhu" a run over on roll20 and the group really dug it. If you want to let me know what settings you most need maps for, I'd love to hear from you. I'm always looking for ideas. If you want to tell me how you used a map in a game, that would be great too.
This one is an urban tower's tar roof with a big HVAC system and a building for the stairs/elevator etc.
It's 2800 x 1820 px with a 70 px grid [40x26 squares]
In the Legend pack there's a "water collection" version that was inspired by a scene in the film, "28 Days Later". I didn't include any laundry hampers, but maybe I should have...
The Legend pack also includes versions with the small building's roof cutaway so you can use the interior lobby, storage, electrical room, stairs and elevator.
