Sinigang is a sweet and sour Filipino soup, the sour taste often comes from tamarind, though other sour fruits can be used instead. It's a very popular dish in the Philippines. It's usually cooked with meat, but can be a vegetable soup, the vegetables used in the soup vary widely depending on who makes it, however it's the broth that makes it pop.
Notes:
- It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional EA onion & tomato as well as icemunmun soya sauce, okra, kale, kidney beans, green chilli sauce ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
