2023-11-16 05:48:37 +0000 UTCI loved this film when it came out but had forgotten how good it really wasโฆ and how difficult it is to say why. Morality gone topsy turvy. Iโd like to recommend, if I may, another great revisionist Western directed by Robert Altman: McCabe and Missed Miller, with Warren Beatty and Julie Christie. Iโll upload to your recommendation page next month when I get to add a couple more to the list. Ultimately though, the day will come when you start with the real classics and everything about Westerns will make much more sense. The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance would be a great place to start, in my humble (I added to your page and keeping my fingers crossed). Once againโฆ I loved the video and your take on the film. Much appreciation and admiration!
