November changes

Ahoy shipmates! I've got some changes to announce to the reward tiers this month.

First of all, I'm cancelling 'WIP Wednesdays' because (a) they were not happening very often and (b) I really actually don't like sharing many of my Works in Progress. Also (c) you can tune into a picarto stream if you want to see some WIP action. :x I will be instead introducing a regular World-Building feature for the 'Ensign' tier. For the moment it will only be monthly, though I intend it to be more often than that; the first entry will be on the lift systems of the skyships of Tethys.

Second, I'm adding occasional speedpaints for the dailies; these will be part of the $3 'Ground Crew' tier. I've attached the first two examples. I cannot promise to adhere to any schedule on this sort of thing other than 'as time and tide permits' although I'd like to record as many as possible; doing so requires, for the time being, that I sit down and produce the work from start to finish in one go with no breaks. There should be at least a couple of timelapses each week, ideally.

And finally, I'm stripping the bimonthly sketch reward from the $10 'NCO' tier; credit accumulated through this month's processed pledges stands, and will be converted to art or to commission discounts at your pleasure, but from here on it will be replaced by sketches, storyboards, and early release pages of the relaunch of a graphic novel project that's been dear to my heart for two decades now and which has lain dormant for far too long. I meant to have it going again months ago, but this year has been... complicated.
