JPG vs PNG
Added 2024-08-09 13:46:06 +0000 UTCI know that many people publish content on the cartridge in PNG format. But I compared it with JPG and noticed absolutely no difference. Maybe I don't understand something?

ohhh I see it now I'm dumb 😅 I guess I prefer a cleaner no-noise look but it still looks good regardless 👍

2024-08-09 16:51:20 +0000 UTCOh. This noise is imposed on purpose. It creates the texture of the paper and makes the image more pleasing to the eye :3

2024-08-09 15:13:34 +0000 UTCHmm they look the same to me as well, but there shouldn’t be that much noise in the png image, I am pretty sure. Are you compressing or upscaling the image when exporting as png?
