Some lore:
In my mythos the Orc are all highly masculine in both sexes. They all have body hair and ample muscles. Their genitalia is like that of humans and elves, generally one or the other. The Draconis/Dragon species is not a shapeshifter, but is more of an enhanced elf. They are resistant to fire, tend to have split ears, horns, sometimes tails, and alike to how Hyenas evolved, they all have working male genitalia. Raynath inherited this trait and has a pseudo penis, it shoots blanks, as well as a fully formed vagina. She technically can bare children but has no interest in it.
Her trade is that of a blacksmith, and is tasked with creating armor and weaponry for the Royal Elf court and occasionally does side jobs for wealthy travelers.
She is kind and often naive when it comes to relationships, and has not had the best of luck until recently. Her sexuality knows no preference when it comes to gender, but she is attracted to strong willed and often selfish lovers. She is trying to get better at recognizing this…
