External Hard Drive Help

Since starting this adventure over pandemic, I have come across many of hard drives...This is the stack of drives that either spin and don't mount, or don't spin at all.. A friend of mine don't toss them because who knows if there is some invention in the future that springs these drives too life. Some of them are labeled Pilot Season All Networks 2004-2006..WB/UPN 2000-2001... nice nice unlocks if I can figure out a way to unlock. Outside of the information out there and different utility software, does anyone have a secret tips? I only ask because I fire up like one of these prob every 6 weeks and sometimes, out of nowhere it insanely springs to life. No luck on the ones in this pic. I figured I would post because someone on here may know some secret hack to any other recognizable brands in the pic. If anyone wants specific serial number or year information of any of these drives or has advice, that would be incredible. Another friend said to drop them on the floor and see what happens...that just doesn't sound wise though.

There are drivers for windows, so you can read Mac hard disks. If you want to see if the disk are mac disks, theres a 5 day trial version of this program: https://macdrive.com/trial/

Thanks everyone... Just checking to clarify one thing...if the drive was originally formatted for MAC, I assume it will not be readable on Windows..even if it mounts? Or am I wrong there? if it mounts, clone it or back it up and then put on a new drive and plug into MAC? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
