v0.33 Devlog: Changes to the Virtual tier, New NPCs

Updated scouts
Additionally to getting newer looks and new names, they getting a full reimagination. They were added new intro dialogs and now each has something to gift you once you make them enough favors. Even more stuff is getting made for the v0.34. The images you currently see is the new art that as well is gonna be added for this trio in v0.34
New NPCs
New characters are coming to the game. Both narrative and CGs are done for the two new characters. One of them is Karin and she was added in v0.33 and remains near the bunker entrance. Another one is almost ready and will be added in the next patch.
Virtual tier and Steam Rules
There are gonna be several changes regarding the Virtual tier, starting next patch. Cameo characters are gonna be removed to comform to steam rules. They were mainly done to add exclusive content to patrons temporally and use it as training material to figure out how to best utilize text2img models.
Instead, with virtual tier you would be able to spawn NPCs of all kinds to your position. What are other features would you like it to have. Please write in the comments.
