Bard: College of the Killing Joke

So I released the Book of Transformations, took a couple of days to relax and now Iβm back. Can you guess what I read during that break? Thatβs right, the Batman comic, the Killing Joke.
Iβm sure there are plenty of Joker based bard subclasses out there, so let me add mine to the pile. Making people laugh, whether they want it or not.
The subclass is only loosely inspired from the Joker, but the idea of the damaging and spreading laughter is basically what drives it, and it can make for a very dramatic concept, especially in tense situations. Itβs also a fun ability to give to a villain.
