Carter is already a member of the Cult of Cain, while Jones isn't even aware there's a murderous cult taking over the Uni town. He's a little dim and thinks this is just some kinda hecked up kink thing. His reasoning is probably; he gets to fuck a cute gal he's been crushing on so why not!!
Anyway, things don't turn out well for him in the end uwu
I'll explain more about the Cult of Cain and what they're trying to achieve when I finish the paintings!
