In any case, I do like that you can easily see the objects like this, like the orox bull skull, which went extinct around the time of the Neolithic, as well as the shrine AND most importantly, the Birthing Stone!!
So Ric & Maks are in their settlement's temple, (slightly inspired by the temple of Gobekli Tepe, you should check that out if you like prehistoric history.) In this they perform rituals and rites involving fertility, Maks being both the Chief's wife as well as what is basically the equivalent of a holy-woman or medicine woman. She herself being a symbol for child-rearing and idolized by the village!
The Birthing stone is made to look like the human body, and the insides like ribs. I'm not sure what the rituals would look like exactly but it'll involve either the man or woman curling up inside.
Anyway that's like..... Background info I might never even draw/paint, but I thought you might like to hear about it!! I definitely like rambling <:3c></:3c>
