Really didn’t think I was gonna finish this today but I’m so happy I managed to! I guess watching fishing videos all day kinda put me in the right headspace??
The ocean was much.. quicker to paint than I’d expected as well, it’s something I don’t think I’ve ever painted before so I was a little intimidated and I tried some things for the first time, but all in all I’m very happy with it!!
The part I struggled the absolute most on though was her face. There’s so many layers on there, I didn’t bother to count. I even had to use gouache to try and fix it (u can’t rly tell because I fixed it up in procreate, but it was a struggle and it made me wanna quit ⚰️)
Regardless!!! I hope you like it, I’m so happy it’s done, this one is definitely going on the list of paintings I wanna frame and put on my wall 😭💞 ENJOY!!! 💘💘💘
