Okay not to toot my own lil horn but I’m so happy with how her tail turned out. I used a pearl for reference and I think it worked out fairly okay!! The shine I added in procreate of course!
That’s what I tend to do now, I paint my pieces and then touch up most of the colors on procreate. I think it’s really helped me grow my artistic skill these last few months by incorporating digital into my traditional works!
And of course I love pairing Romans with anything mythological (and fancy hats). I have another mermay piece sketched out already which I’ll do next, I’m super excited to do more water!!
